Hand Made Stool crafted in Yew and Oak Featuring Walnut Seat Wedges
These small heart-shaped stools are always popular. This is the very last one with a yew seat.
The timber was sourced from a specialist sawmill in Devon.
The rich color of the Yew seat contrasts with the oak legs and black walnut seat wedges. It is made traditionally in the old way, by hand. The seat is sculpted with a Farrier's file, the legs are hand turned. Black walnut seat wedges set it off nicely.
It is sealed and finished with danish oil.
It is a small sized stool. Ideal for a child and in turn, an heirloom for their own children.
